HOW TO POST A PICTURE:

Since Forums do not have a proper gallery to share pictures, we've devised a couple of ways for you to save your pictures for others to view.

Using your own photo image server (Recommended for those who might already have a hosted site and if you are uploading and saving a large amount of photos):

1. you need to be a member of an image hosting site. I recommend Photobucket, Image Shack since they keep your photos for longer lengths of time and they have larger storage. Although your welcome to use any hosting site you want such as flikr, kodak, eyefecth or one that you currently use as long as you know the picture url. An example of a url might be: http://i352.photobucket.com/albums/r351/aurealia7/Copyof08-25-08Falls203ed.jpg

2. Feel free to to type your message or any information about the photo.

3. Upload the photo you want to share with us to your personal hosting site using the image icon. It might give you options on the size. If it does, select the medium size or the one that says websites.

4. Once it uploads, highlight the image "url", right click your mouse, copy it.

5. Select the icon that has a "square image" on it. If you hover your mouse on the icon, it will say IMAGE. Click on it. Paste your url into the blank space. Hit okay.

6. Now press the PREVIEW button to see if what you did worked and then press the SEND to post live into the forum.


Using OUR FORUM to upload a picture (Use this if you are occasionally uploading pictures)

1. First of all, you'll need an account with http://www.servimg.com/. Once you register with them, you'll be able to just upload your picture using the link in this forum.
2. Once your signed up, select the icon above your posting that has a picture and disk on it. If you hover your mouse over it, it will say HOST AN IMAGE.
3. Select your file using the BROWSE button.
4. Select the resize image 640px or 800 px. Then HOST IT
5. Your upload will complete. Copy the image url by doing a Cntrl C
6. Close the upload url by clicking on the icon.
7. Select the Image Icon and copy your url into the blank space and hit OK
8. Feel free to type a message and details about your picture.
9. Now press the PREVIEW button to see if what you did worked and then press the SEND to post live into the forum.[u]
